How to Solve the Lack of Job Applicants by Hiring Abroad

We currently experience a euphoria in the job market. In modern history, we witnessed such low level of unemployment only in years 2007 and 2008. This is good news for job seekers, but bad news for companies. ManpowerGroup‘s survey reveals that as many as 90% of large businesses in the Czech Republic can‘t find suitable candidates for their vacant positions.

Companies are increasing wages, improving benefits, investing in hiring and improving the qualification of their employees but if that doesn‘t help, they increasingly often start to seek employees abroad. Foreign employees are most often hired for positions of workers, IT specialists, top managers, project managers and language-skilled employees of dozens of international call centres of shared services and customer services based in the Czech Republic.
